I've had people ask me if I did Baby Led Weaning with Olive. I did not. I don't even remember the process other than stressing that I was "behind" and wasn't doing enough or offering her enough xyz....blah blah blah. We started with things like avocado and bananas and the teether biscuits at Target. I doubt I'll ever be the mom that has the perfect plate laid out for my kid. Most days for lunch she has a smoothie, cheese stick, piece of turkey and cucumbers...or a store bough kids peanut butter and jelly with a cheese stick. For dinner, she typically has what we have unless we get fast food. However, we'll usually give her a bite. I would like to have some healthier options on hand for those inevitable nights I'm exhausted (most nights?). Logan sent me some great ideas, and I've tried 2 I wanted to share.
She loved the ham and cheese muffins, the quinoa cups are growing on her...haha...she doesn't love broccoli!
