What is a Vision Board? How Do you make one?

I posted a few videos on my Instagram of my vision board. I also posted a video of the updates I've been making to it to finish out the year. I've had so many questions that I decided to write it all here.

I heard about vision boards from my boss, Rich, years ago. You find images (I find mine on Pinterest), and you print those out and put them on a board. Then, you put the board somewhere you'll see it every day. He mentioned even putting turtles on his one year. He just likes turtles. It wasn't a goal obviously, but he started seeing them everywhere. I don't know if it works...BUT it reminds me of my goals daily. Here is the definition on Wikipedia...plus, some big celebs that also create them.

A vision board is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations of one's dreams and desires, designed to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation,[1] and to use the law of attraction to attain goals. The usefulness of vision boards has been endorsed by celebrities such as Jim Carrey, Ellen DeGeneres,[2]Oprah Winfrey[3][4][5] and Steve Harvey.[6] Oprah's website formerly offered an "O Dream Board" tool for making dream boards.

Obviously, it takes more than looking at pictures every day to accomplish goals, but I find I accomplish them when I put them in front of my face. Well, I didn't get JLO's body this year even though it was on my board, but I got a lot. Here is one I made a few years ago:
