Sometimes it's as easy as taking care of yourself. Or...would you agree that isn't as easy as it sounds? See what Katie emailed us about her goals this year:

"My goal for 2017 is for positive thinking and to over come major depressive disorder, panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. My goal is to also work on developing a more positive body image and my self-esteem and to know that I am beautiful and I am smart, and putting more time to take care of myself and to not be always pleasing others!"
