Hockey team wins in Overtime TWICE... IN THE SAME GAME.

Add to the list of things you don't see every day.

I am a huge hockey fan, and right now, we're in the midst of conference championships.

This weekend, Minnesota State University-Mankato took on Bemidji State University (also in Minnesota).

The game ended when Mankato scored the game winning goal in overtime, and Mankato secured their spot in the NCAA tournament.

... well... they thought they did.

Apparently, the puck went in under the net, and that DOESN'T COUNT. Meaning that almost an hour after the game was over, and celebrations ensued, the game had to RESTART.

After the game restarted, Mankato would once again score the winning goal, with no controversies attached. Puck don't lie, I guess?

Anyway, if you want to for some reason dive into college hockey this year, here's the tournament bracket below. I'm picking Minnesota Duluth!
