Dave's 29th Annual Flight With Allison and more Weekend Pictures!

Every year since 1997 when Allison was five, we've taken a selfie of us flying, right around this time of year. We used to go flying all the time when she was little and one day we just held out the old fashioned film camera and got a picture. No one called them "selfies" back then. Just a picture you took yourself. And we did it the next year, and the next and the next until I realized it was a tradition.

We haven't missed a year yet but she's a mom now and doesn't want to actually fly. I totally get that. So we load the kids in the plane and get a picture of all of us. It's fun to see her with her engagement ring and to look at the "mask" pictures and remember what that era was like.

Back from flying, we made pizza with the girls.

Bernie just cracks me up. He sat on the couch staring at me, resting his head on the back of the couch, and yes, that's a picture of Josie on the pillow in the background.

I had a great time hosting the Pride Rainbow Run on Sunday. Met SO many wonderful people!

Yep, another Bernie picture. He found a shady place in the yard and just watched the world go by.
