When I was in my 20s I read a book called, "When I Say No, I Feel Guilty." Turns out this is a thing for a lot of people! So we say yes to lunch, dates, meetings, parties, pick-your-brain sessions and more that we don't want to go to.
Of course, sometimes we do want to go to something or chat on the phone or donate or volunteer. But how do get out gracefully when we don't?
