Hope you had a good weekend! Mine was kinda quiet so I decided to make some stuff happen instead of sitting inside all weekend. So here we go!
My daughter, Beth, got me a make your own ukulele kit for Christmas and I've almost finished it. Just gotta paint it and put strings on it!
I finished reading this book. It's so good. It's all about how we tend to believe strangers who are lying to us. That's one of the reasons why we are so easy to scam and con, because we default to truth, even when they've lied to us before. Now I'm starting to read "Radium Girls" about young girls who painted glow in the dark radioactive paint on watches and clocks 100 years ago, having no idea it was so harmful.
Saturday, we went to the Winter Carnival. The parade was great and it was just fun to be outside doing something.
And the ice sculptures were cool!
And for the first time this year, I went cross country skiing. I figured I'd take a selfie, of me just standing there in the trail, but then I decided to get more creative and make it look like, "Whoa! I had no idea my picture was being taken!"
And that's it! Thanks for checking out my blog!
This week, we're giving away Girls Night Out tickets for our big party on February 17. We've got Jojo Siwa tickets every morning and Ame Bibabi is hosting Throwback Threesome this Wednesday at 9am.
Have a great week!
