How I Lost 40 Pounds in Three Months

Oh muhhhh gawd. 

It's been a long three months.

In 2017 I gained weight. To be honest, I don't really care about how I look. It's whatever. I'm more losing the weight for my fiance so when she looks at me she says "DAYUUUUMMMM."

So in October, I vowed to be healthier. 

Exercise

I work out 3 times a week at Boost Performance. 

- Boost focuses on explosion workouts... medicine balls... burpees...burning calories while using muscles... 

3 separate days of the week, I do cardio and abs at my apartment gym. 

The last day is when I rest (usually still go for a walk unless I'm lazy af).

Eating

Intermittent fasting is my go to. I only eat between 11a-8p. 

No sugar

No bread

No pizza :(

No Cheating!

Not gonna lie

It sucks. It does. I'm always hungry and my body hurts from working out. However, once I'm down to my goal weight I can alter my diet to maintain my weight rather than losing it.
