If you listened to the show on Friday, you heard I got my car broken into. I spent ALL of Saturday on the phone with insurance, auto glass companies, and makin' police reports. I drove my car to my dad's house so I could park in his garage and my sister was night enough to let me borrow her car for the weekend. Hey vandal thief - YOU SUCK.
On Friday night, my friend Sarah and I went to see Grease at Chanhassen Dinner Theater. I had a steak and it was delicious. The show was fun, a bit raunchier than last time. Marty was a standout character and Danny had a gorgeous voice, but the best part of the whole show was the Teen Angel.
Saturday was Speech Day! We competed at Two Rivers High School and it was a GIANT tournament. I had a few students make a final round, but it was a good day full of conspiracy and gossip. Laughing happened, good times were had. I got to judge an Extemporaneous Speaking round, a Humorous round, and a Poetry final round.
Saturday night I went to Amsterdam Bar with my friend Hannah for the Golden Garters burlesque show. It was unique because the music was played by a live band, Hurricane Blaze! Shoutout to Ming and her people, listeners who I got to meet!
Spent most of Sunday playing Stardew Valley. I did manage to organize my closet a little bit and descale my keurig, but other than that, Stardew Valley all day! I've almost made it through Spring, and I'm already getting things done faster than when I played last time! Capp loved having me home all day.
