The top reasons we're always tired include bad sleep . . . long hours . . . too much screen time . . . our KIDS zapping all our energy . . . and the fact that the pandemic is still making things more complicated in general.

1. Chit-chatting with a coworker. 49% of people said random conversations with friends at work tends to perk them up.
2. Getting up and walking around for a few minutes.
3. A change of scenery.
4. Leaving your desk to get coffee or food.
5. Having a structured routine in general. So you can tick things off your list, and know you're getting through your day.
