A GREAT Cold-Weather Crockpot Recipe With a MN Twist

My wife made this in the crockpot Monday and it was WAY better than I expected and the perfect cold-weather comfort food. And substituting Spam for ham was what put it over the top.

BTW, if you think you don't like Spam, have you actually tried it? It's pork shoulder and ham. How can you miss? BTW we used "Black Pepper Spam".

10 Cups Water

1 onion chopped

2 celery stalks chopped

Tablespoon of fresh minced garlic

1 can of Spam

Crock pot on high for 7 hours, then low for one hour.

ENJOY!
