Last week I posted a video of Drake surprising Sofia Sanchez, an 11 year old waiting for a heart transplant. She had two birthday wishes, a visit from Drake and a new heart. Well Drake granted wish number one and now she found out wish number two is also happening. I had actual tears in my eyes watching this.
