I love some of the ideas in here!
-Lay out your clothes for tomorrow the night before. (I do this and it's great)
-Don't have a meeting that's not necessary.
-Don't let people trap you to chat outside the bathroom or in the break room. This is my worst pet peeve at work! I get the importance of chatting with people, but when I have two minutes to pee before the song on the radio fades down, I don't have time to chat about how cold it is!
