We Should Start Doing This When We See A Lost Kid

Someone was on vacation in Brazil recently, and filmed a crowd at the beach clapping and chanting so that a mother was able to find her lost child.  (Apparently it's a common thing in parts of South America whenever a child gets lost in public.  You just make a lot of noise around the kid so the parents can follow the sounds.  So obvious, you wonder why it's not done everywhere else.)
