When Steve-O's daughter, Olivia was born Dave came to the hospital to visit her for the first time but before coming up to the room he found a pink turtle with massive eyes in the hospital gift shop. Eight years later, Kristy and Steve have tried getting rid of it multiple times but it always sneaks back in.
