A woman in Alabama recently filed a lawsuit against IHOP, claiming she 'choked on a condom' found in her French toast at the restaurant in Homewood.
The lawsuit, filed on Mar. 27, names KMG Enterprises Inc. as a defendant.
"We absolutely deny this claim. It's a total fabrication," said Alan Garrett, Vice President of KMG Enterprises Inc.
