This weekend I had two SUPER fun events. Let's start with Friday. I was invited to a MN Fashion Week event at Brick x Mortar. It was hosted by the owners of Primp Boutique, which is hands down my favorite boutique in the Cities! Here I am with the owner, Michelle (middle), and my friend, Kelsey.
Brick x Mortar has the most beautiful rooftop with amazing views so my friend and I had to check it out and Peter Heiborn captured this photo of us.
Saturday was my friend Muna's birthday. Her roommate put together a 70's themed scavenger hunt downtown for it. I no lie had everything I'm wearing just in my closet. Peace sign earrings, choker necklace, crop top with flare sleeves, hot pants. Fashion really does come back in style decades later.
The girl who put together the scavenger hunt did a great job! We had to do things like, take an Irish car bomb with a stranger at Kieran's, dance on a pole at Sneaky Pete's, find someone with a handlebar mustache. My personal favorite, get a picture of your team mimicking The Beatles famous album cover for Abbey Road:
Oddly enough, I was invited to two different scavenger hunts Saturday, the other was with my kickball league. I missed that one but met up with friends at the after party and ran into these listeners!
