Warrior Sculpt is easily my favorite class at Life Time Fitness and last night I helped teach it to a huge group of people and it was a blast. Since it was my debut class "teaching" Katie the creator of Warrior Sculpt and instructor for last nights event had me wear special leggings that people can't stop talking bout.
